Do I need to be home?
No. Most of our recurring customers give us a key, a lockbox code, or a smart-lock code. If you'd rather be there for the first visit to walk us through the place, that's welcome too.
Do you bring your own supplies?
Yes — cloths, cleaners, and the vacuum. You don't need to have anything ready. If you'd prefer we use a specific product you already own, leave it on the counter and mention it in your request.
How do I pay?
A 60% deposit secures your booking, and the remaining balance is charged to your card only when the cleaning is finished. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, and an itemized receipt — service, add-ons, and sales tax — is emailed to you the same day.
Can I skip or reschedule a recurring visit?
Yes, with 24 hours' notice and no fee. Cancellations inside 24 hours are charged half the visit price, because the crew has already blocked the day.
What makes this a "luxury" clean at these prices?
Two things. We work from a fixed checklist rather than however much time is left, so the detail work — baseboards, switch plates, faucet bases, door frames — is in every visit instead of sold back to you as an add-on. Because that checklist belongs to the job rather than to one person, the result holds up whoever is on your schedule — and if a cleaner was a great fit for your home, you can request them for future visits. We keep the price reasonable by publishing our rates and skipping the in-home sales visit, not by cutting the job short.
What don't you do?
We don't climb ladders above two steps, move furniture heavier than about 40 pounds, handle biohazards or pest infestations, clean the exterior of upper-floor windows, or do post-construction debris removal. For anything on that list we'll refer you to someone who specializes in it.
Is the estimate the final price?
Nearly always. The estimator runs on our published rate card, so the service price is exact. Two things sit on top of it: add-ons are quoted as a range until we see the oven, fridge, or window count, and 8.25% Texas sales tax is added at invoice. The base price changes only if the home turns out to be substantially different from the description — and we call you before we start, never after.
How do you price a home that isn't a standard size?
You pay for the rooms you actually have. The estimator prices every bedroom and every bathroom separately, so a 3 bed / 2 bath costs less than a 3 bed / 3 bath instead of rounding up to it. Bathrooms carry more of the price than bedrooms, because fixtures, glass and grout are where the time goes. Count a powder room as a half bath. Homes bigger than 6 bedrooms or 5 bathrooms are quoted individually — send a request and you'll have a firm number within one business day.
Do you serve my part of Houston?
We cover Houston and the greater metro — the Inner Loop, Midtown, Montrose, the Heights, and out through Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, Pearland, Clear Lake, and The Woodlands. Send a request with your ZIP code and we'll confirm; if you're past our range we'll tell you the same day rather than leave you waiting.
